Refund policy

Deposits are always refundable until you purchase your Memorial Service. If a Customer changes his/her mind within 24 hours about purchasing the Memorial Services and notifies Beyond Burials by email at help@beyondburials.com of the Customer’s intent to cancel before Beyond Burials initiates fulfillment of the Customer’s order, Beyond Burials will issue a full refund of the Customer’s purchase price. It is understood that prolonged launch delays, changes, and setbacks, which may extend over years, are completely out of Beyond Burials' control, and no refunds will be issued for any reason if launch costs have already been paid to a launch provider. Beyond Burials will not issue a refund if more than 24 hours have passed since the Customer’s order. Any refunds provided under this policy will be issued to the payment method(s) used for the purchase and will be processed within 21 business days of confirmation by Beyond Burials' customer support team.
